Yes well worth its low cost because of the vast usually unavailable info in the book. Any and every Realtor and land investor should read and study.

This was a good book, full of basic tips and information to help someone thinking of selling their land. It offered tips I had not considered that would benefit the seller as well as the buyer.

This is a 45 page, large type, double spaced pamphlet. Calling it a book is deliberately misleading. You can read it at a stoplight.

If you haven't done this before or have limited knowledge of buying/selling land this is a great book. It's a quick read too!
