Stops the dog from ragging up her pee pad
Our little princess is a bit of a diva, she won't go out in the rain to pee (would you?) She also ragged up her puppy pads until we found this which holds the pad in place. Took her a while to get used to but we persevered. Easy to clean so no smells.

Small and easy and very efficient for my puppy to use, which he does every time.
I am glad I did not pay the full price for this, as it really is not worth it. But I got it cheap and it is doing the job I wanted it for...ie a puppy piddle place. It takes the smaller pads, the type cheap from Poundland for eg....Perfect.

Flimsy
It doesnt hold the pads tight enough so the pup just pulls them off. Its useless because of this. It was brought to stop her tearing them to pieces by holding them securely.
