I am not sure what else to say
I am not sure what else to say but as i went through one after the other of these starters not a single one was able to start a brand new 18 inch 15 W light... one managed to bring it to a flicker but never to a proper start. once again: the light is four days old, works perfectly, but the old starter needs replacing - thought 4-22 W starters would work on a 15 W light... but unfortunately not in this case...
