I’ve used this gold leaf multiple times for caterings. I highly recommend it. My niche is dietary restrictions so I try to source products firstly that are actually edible. You’d be surprised how much “gold” flakes or luster dust for cakes isn’t actually gold out there and tests positive for lead. Es poco producto pero tiene muy buena calidad brilla muy bonito ahí puse 2 laminas en este pastel y era pequeño pero sin Duda lo volveria a comprar

These were the perfect size for my Wagyu steak. Just handle them carefully as they stick to fingers very easily. I applied them with tweezers but I recommend applying them with the back sheet it comes with. Much easier!

I appreciated the reviews and the video that was attached. I also do recommend that if you are new to this product that you watch some YouTube videos on how to use it so you can avoid serious frustration and additional waste. They will stick to just about anything that you don’t want them to so be careful and try not to have a breeze going thru your kitchen like I did. There isn’t a flavor per se so it doesn’t change what you are putting it on. Yes, the sheets are small, but honestly they are probably easier to control being small. If you need to cover a large area, you will need either a larger size or more packs. I used them to cover the Hershey Gold Nugget chocolates and one sheet just went around the top and sides(left/right not front/back). It worked perfect for what I needed them for.

Muy buen producto aunque engañoso el tamaño. Lo compre para un menú degustación y la verdad es que le ha dado un toque de calidad al postre increíble. Si bien es cierto que en las fotos las láminas parece que son muchos más grandes que en la realidad (son poco más que un sello) ha sido una cantidad suficiente para decorar 20 postres por lo que el coste no ha sido elevado. Una muy buena opción para hacer algo distinto sin pagar esas millonadas que se ven por platos que llevan este producto
