There is no tag on the zip to be able to open it and stuff it? Any ideas please or should I just return?

How many cubic feet of filling was needed?

I bought a bag of 3 cubic feet (little polystyrene balls - like in a bean bag) and still had some left over so this was plenty! Works really well. I also got a lining bag to put them in so they weren’t just loose in this blue item

if have to buy insert seperately, what size of the insert Or filling stuff should be?

I used 2 cushion pads and a pillow to fill the interior. Perhaps not the most ideal but I use it a lot every day and use a small piece of cloth to protect the lovely sequins and beading. hope this helps.

I have just measured mine which is stuffed an in use. The diameter is 16 inches and the height is 13 inches. I actually use mine as a sort of door stop to keep my living room door open as my toddler granddaughter likes opening and closing doors!
