I almost didn't buy this because I didn't want to deal with filters and I wanted something more dishwasher safe. This was worth every penny. I had a ceramic fountain from Europe that I paid a ton for that met the above criteria. No filters, dishwasher safe. Yet this fountain is somehow easier to care for. Setup is easy. Every 2 weeks, cleaning is easy. Replace filter and sponge, they're cheap if you get knock offs (ongoing cost was a huge concern for me). You're good for another 2 weeks. My cat almost never drinks water, but she still loves this and rolls around near it, gets excited when I set it up. With this, I never have to worry when the mood strikes her to drink. She always has fresh water. And it's SUPER QUIET. I hated our old fountain because the pump and water sound were so loud. You can barely hear this at all unless you're very close by. The app tells me if and when she drinks. I don't buy the subscription and I am happy with the features. This gets a solid 10/10 from me.

My cat likes to drink out of the faucet, so I had to find one that mimicked that. This is very easy to clean, and the filters are not very expensive. I liked that it's stainless steel and white. I don't really use the app, but I can see how it would be helpful for someone who wanted to monitor their pets water intake. The filters last about 2 weeks before you need to replace them. I did purchase the splash guard thinking my cat would make a mess by playing with the water, but he didn't. I did go ahead and use it because I feel it keeps the water cleaner longer. It's really quiet; I don't hear it at all. It takes about 80 oz of water, which is nice because you don't need to refill it that often. I would highly recommend this - my cat loves it and seems to be drinking more water.

Easy to set up. Easy to clean. Holds quite a bit of water. Is very very very quiet. Mine didn’t come with splash guard, but doesn’t need it. I chose the corded model as it’s very close to a plug, so no issue. It’s not heavy to move for cleaning, and feels stable on base. It looks nice, with clean lines and simple design. Most importantly- my cat uses it! From the moment I set up and turned it on he was drinking. It’s really made a big difference in his health. The tray he drinks from is at a good level for him to reach too. Price was good in my opinion. Not the cheapest you can find- but certainly not most expensive. Recommend!

Very easy to clean. Quiet I love this water fountain & so does my fussy cat. I was leary about spending so much money on this fountain. Our cat is scared of his own shadow & very hard to please. He took to it immediately and continues good water consumption. Cleaning is very easy & most of all the container is not have a slimy residue when it’s time to clean. I clean it once a week & change the filter every two weeks. So far we have had it for a month an out cat loves it.

I have two cats that drink a lot of water, and this fountain holds more than enough for both of them. The app is a great feature—it sends reminders when it’s time to change the water, replace the filter, and perform maintenance, so it’s very easy to keep everything clean. This is an excellent upgrade from a basic water fountain. My cats love it, and I highly recommend it!

I think this is a great option for your pets, keeps the water clean, and circulating, I love the app that tracks daily intake and much more depending on the subscription you purchase through PETLIBRO. The reason I took off one star is the fact that you have to change the filters every two weeks. I personally like to clean ours and put in fresh water every couple days, which is more than probably necessary. That being said the filters are only good for 14 days. So this can become a big added expense. They are not cheap, usually only come 4 to a pack. I have a diabetic cat and another with renal disease so for me it's a small price to pay to give them clean quality, fresh water. I just wish the filters were at least 30 days. That would make a big difference in cost and hassle. Otherwise, this is a great fountain. You can operate things right from the app on any smart phone. Very nice little fountain.

We had the Petlibro app monitoring water fountain and the automatic dry food feeder with camera for a year and a half now. Both products have worked very well for us and our cat. Have been getting their replacement filters for the fountain. From a recent replacement filter package I was shocked to find out that some of the black filters would not fit in the pump. Tried many times but could not figure it out. Called Petlibro Customer Service and the rep explained to me that they have updated the pump to a new design and what i got was a different size filter hence it did not work in the old pump. They would send me a new pump so I can use the new size filters. Very happy with their customer service. They addressed my concern and was very customer focused.

Wir hatten den Trinkbrunnen nun 6 Monate in Gebrauch und leider ist er nun immer wieder undicht und funktioniert nicht mehr richtig. Zunächst war ich sehr zufrieden mit dem Gerät und meine Katze hat auch gerne daraus getrunken. Zudem ist er sehr schwer zu reinigen bzw. setzt sich den Rändern Dreck an, der sich nicht mehr gut entfernen lässt. Das ist sehr schade. Ich würde dieses Produkt nicht noch mal kaufen.
