This pillow solved it all. I toss around a LOT at night due to body pain and needing to shift positions, and mostly sleep on my sides, some back, occasional stomach. Problem is with shoulder impingement in both shoulders, I couldn't side-sleep anymore bc of the pressure, so was just stuck with only a few ways to sleep. This therapeutica large-size pillow is PERFECT. it felt amazing on first try, and I didn't have to move it around during the night - I just moved myself and it was like a perfect supportive cloud was always there to cushion me. No pressure on shoulders, and neck and back feel great. This pillow actually does what the crappy soft memory foam "shaped mixed-sleeping pillows" claim to do.

Since I’ve been using this, I have a decrease in neck pain

I had complained to my chiropractor that I would wake up with severe neck pain and maybe it was due to my pillow. He recommend this pillow and I was little hesitant because of the price, shape, and somewhat feminine packaging. However, this thing worked great! My neck pain went away after one night! Yes, it will take some getting used too, as with any sleep routine, but once you do get used to it, you can be confident it’s better for your upper spine. Good investment for something you spend a third of your life doing!

I tried this pillow and I was awake all night for 3 nights and I got no sleep at all.The shipping was very quick and the pillow was packaged well.I bought the large size. My head is very large so maybe I got the wrong size.Staring at the ceiling all night is frustrating.Hopefully with more time I might adapt to it.I am a side sleeper with a pinched nerve in my cervical spine and I thoughtmaybe this pillow might help, but it was the wrong pillow choice for me.

I had upper spinal surgery 9 months ago; surgery and recovery went well, but I was still waking up with a stiff neck even after finishing physical therapy. Therapist recommended this pillow; it really helps a lot. Very satisfied.
