Really great my little brother loves it! It is light sensitive though so can’t be used when it’s darker. Also it goes of randomly so remember to turn it off :)

As with all wooden toys I've purchased from Melissa & Doug, the quality of the material and the paintings are just great. The sound effects are also fabulous, loud and clear. The pieces are light and easy for my 1 year old to take out of the puzzle easily, no sticking. You can turn the sound on and off, which is a god send if your wee one has lost a piece and you can't find it for a couple hours....!! I only wish that the sounds were activated when you lifted the pieces out of the puzzle, not just when you put them in. But this is the only thing I feel is lacking. All round great.

It’s nicely made, good images and sounds. However, if you don’t put all the pieces back it will randomly play the sound of the missing piece ! The volume is very loud! Thankful that there’s an off and on switch at the back!

I bought this for my nephew who's interest is jigsaws. It's a lovely, sturdy, colourful jigsaw which has the sounds of the animals as an additional bonus. As always with Melissa and Doug products, it's great value. The pegs on the pieces are great for developing fine motor skills too

Well built and a v good toy. 20 month old toddler didn't find it hard at all so purchase for 18 month ti 21 month perhaps?

Love Melissa & Doug sound puzzles! The vehicle one is a bit noisy on the ears especially when the ambulance or fire engine sounds go off although baby boy doesn’t seem to mind!

I want to start by saying we are huge Mellissa and Doug fans however this particular puzzle falls short of expectations. We bought this for our 2 year olds birthday and while he loves the puzzle pieces themselves the sound function is very frustrating. Each sound will only play after the previous one has fully finished and trying to convince a toddler he has to wait before completing the next piece is rather problematic. I've also heard it go off a few times while we aren't playing with it so there is definitely a little to be desired with the overall function. Apart from this the puzzle is very sturdy as expected from Mellissa and doug and the pictures are fabulous for a vehicle obsessed child like mine. We also have the cheaper vehicle jigsaw puzzle from this brand and just can't justify the price difference when the function isn't really 100%. Great idea behind the product just a little lacking

Muy entretenido, genial para aprender los sonidos, las piezas traen pequeñas agarraderas para los deditos de los bebes...los sonidos se activan con sensores de luz por lo que incluso al pasar la mano suena si las piezas no están puestas... está hecho de madera y papel resistente, así que si el bebé se lo mete a la boca, borrará el dibujo. No trae pilas, así que sería bueno ponerle las pilas antes de mostrárselo a los niños. Tiempo de entrega rápido y en excelentes condiciones.

Es un puzzle entretenido para niños a partir de 2 años. Cada animal tiene su sonido. Tienes que poner los animales poco a poco para que suenen todos los sonidos, es decir, cuando haya terminado un sonido puedes poner otra pieza y suena otro animal. Importante a tener en cuenta es que funciona con pilas y estas no estan incluidas.
