Best supplement for cartilage
I don't know much about this brand in detail, since I started using it a couple of days ago, but I've been using these supplements for years now, and I have found them very beneficial in mitigating and managing my knee pain. There are no magic solutions for damaged cartilage, so be wary of any product that promises you a miraculous regrowth of it. However, you can manage it and nourish what is left to slow down the degeneration and, ultimately, improve your life. This particular one is probably the highest dose of Glucosamine Sulphate available on the market, and the cost is very reasonable. The bottle is quite large, so you might need a smaller one for when you go away for a while, but it is definitely recommended. PS: the size of the pills is quite large, so it may not be advisable if you have difficulty swallowing (but this is the case for all such types of pills).

Good value
This is the recommended daily dose for me & these are the best value that I found. The bottle is huge lol 😂. Made me titter when I opened it bcuz the size was unexpected but in fairness it couldn’t be much smaller to hold the 360 tablets. They are capsule shaped & slightly coated which makes them easier to take. They are quite big, but my previous ones of a different make were also of a similar size so they’re what I was expecting. I take them whole. I did try breaking them in half but I actually found them more difficult to take that way. I’ve been taking them for a number of years now & I do think they help with my joints etc.
