DIY anti rattle hitch pin
Used this to make my own anti rattle hitch pin. Got a quality 1/2"-13 bolt and nyloc nut. Drilled a 1/4" hole in the bolt and for less than $15 made a replacement anti rattle bike rack pin. Easy and cheap compared to the brand name options out there that are way overpriced. I like that this lock threads with the key, requireing about 4 rotations rather than opening a spring loaded bail. It will be a lot harder to pick as a result. I could rake open a yakima SKS core in like 5 seconds, but this would be a lot harder. Still isn't truly safe since it's a light lock, but much more secure than the brand name option.

Works well... Pleased.
The only downside is that this product is made in China. Otherwise, it does its job and does it well. I like it. Fitment was no problem. Removal and installation were not hindered. Great design.

Ok for the price, but...
For the price I guess it's hard to complain. Other trailer locks are double the price... or more. My gripe is more of a preference thing too so, take it for what you will. In order to lock/unlock the device, the key must be inserted and then it must be screwed open or closed. It would be less annoying if it was a one turn or half turn release instead of 5 or more turns of the key... Again it makes it a little harder to pick, so I guess that's a plus... But it is kind of annoying. Other than that it works as advertised and it's a good, solid lock... And if the added security is a desired trait then it's not a complaint. I docked one star for it but if it were a desired feature, it would be 5 stars from me. It's not annoying enough to justify the greater expense of the others.

Overall Very happy
Considering the quality and durability, the trailer lock offers outstanding value for its price point. It feels like a solid product without an high price tag. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable trailer lock.

Decent, but Room for Improvement!
The trailer tongue coupler lock provides basic security, and I appreciate its sturdy build and easy installation. However, I found the fit to be slightly loose, which makes me question its overall effectiveness in preventing theft. It does the job for casual use, but I wouldn’t rely on it for high-security needs. Additionally, the weather-resistant design could be better it showed minor signs of wear after exposure to heavy rain. Overall, it’s an okay product, but there’s definitely room for improvement.
