It is lightweight and the construction is such that you can move it around easily. You only have to attach the two feet which stabilise the towel rail. The screws are quite small and I found it helped with tightening if I screwed them directly into the base first. The on/off switch illuminates when on which is very useful. The rail heats up quickly and is very effective and is a 100w so quite a low wattage. This is good for use in the kitchen or a bedroom to warm towels or dry tea towels for around the house.
