In our house, we have a kitchen socket that gets used every day for charging a variety of phones and tablets. I kept using the manufacturers own charger because it gave a fast charge time, but then that one USB kept getting swapped between phones - the thing you needed fully charged was never the one plugged in!This handy little adapter solved that neatly (and it is neat, as the photo's show). It has the same fast charge USB port as our Samsung adapter had, but also has two more regular USB's to charge other devices at the same time. So now, we can fast charge the device that needs it most, but the other two can still charge up at the same time.Positives:+ Fast charge port - that seems to work the same as the original Samsung fast charger did.+ 2 additional standard USB ports.+ Neat Design with a light blue charge led light so you know it's on.Would be nice if:- if all three USB ports were fast charge enabled (I guess it would draw too much power to do this?) - if it had a USB-C port (the new reversible USB standard) - but this isn't really an issue as you can easily get USB-A to USB-C cables.Overall, it's a handy and unobtrusive addition to the kitchen - and it seems really well made too!

This charger is excellent for keeping in my bag on the go, the main reason for buying it was its 3 USB ports, but also its Qualcomm QuickCharge 3.0 support.The charger has a total output of 25W, I decided to test this by connecting up as many uncharged devices as possible (even using USB hubs to charge extra devices) and watching the voltage using a USB multimeter as more devices are added.In theory, if too many devices are added to a USB charger and it is overloaded, the 5V output drops. The charger passed the test - no matter how many devices I connected up the voltage always stayed at a steady 5V. I connected two power banks and two Android smartphones (5.1A load, equal to 25.5W) and the output stayed at a steady 5V. This charger does exactly what it's supposed to.The charger has Qualcomm QuickCharge 3.0 for compatible devices, giving a maximum 18W charging rate for a single device for really quick charging.There are some 1-star reviews, but you can see none of these have the 'Verified Purchase' text meaning those people never actually bought this charger! They are likely to be fake reviews. I didn't experience any of the issues they describe.

Well, I am a little disappointed!The heading of the email which helped me purchase this device says, "The '5 Minute' Phone Charger" - that is just not correct. Yes, within the body of the email it goes on to say, the "product can now charge phones to 80% in less than 35 minutes" but that IS NOT what the header to the advertising email says! The truth is, it can only do the 35-minute charge on just one of the USB outlets.I am afraid, whilst this may very well prove to be an excellent device (i will keep and use it), IT IS NOT AS ADVERTISED!!!This is very disappointing from TartnTech, which is a company I had come to trust fro its products.

Feels solid and well made, and does its job brilliantly!! Quick to recharge the phones and iPad, especially as the output was more than adequate especially when comparing to other items sold here. Very impressed with how well it's made - the plastic feels solid and like it will last a lot of use. I've even brought it for travels around EU (attached to a travel adaptor) to allow charging 2 phones and an iPad - and it worked without any problems at all! Very reliable, and really a life saver as the charges doesn't take long at all.Highly recommended? Oh yes... please do buy them and be satisfied.

Charges very fast even when I'm playing games. The only criticism is i didn't get any paperwork with it so I still don't know what the difference is about the green USB port.

Certainly does the job, but having the usb slots on the bottom of the plug makes changing leads a bother - as the supply socket is mounted vertically. The older, black, model (KA005031-1) was much easier to use, for this reason and also because of the retracting earth pin that it uses.

Another quality product from Tartan TechIt's just a shame the iPhone is not compatible with Qualcomm

Does exactly as its suposed to, charges really fast. Not much more I can add. Impressive.
