Q: Do you preheat it with a mug in the machine? Ie do you put the design on the mug, put it in the machine, then turn on?

You have to put a cup in while it's heating up. Not having a mug in will eventually warp the attachment. I just put my design in mug and put in press,close it but not on the catch. Then once heated slip catch on and adjust pressure then press timer. My mugs come out perfect on 180 and 200 sec

Q: Does this actually do 20oz skinny tumblers?

Yes it does altho ya have 2 do it in 2 separate times as its not long enough

Q: It says you have to do to prints on a 20 0z

The part that heats up and wraps around the mug is slightly flexible. So I do 11oz mugs but it will do up to 20oz

Q: Can it do 20 0z in without having to print twice plz

You need to move the bottles up to print full 20oz bottles
