I lost my original C1 and bought another because I love it so much for the following reasons:1. The plug-n-play convenience with iPhone is fantastic.2. Excellent audio quality3. Audio playback via iPhone speaker. The lightning connection doesn't disable the audio output like the original lightning to 3.5mm adapter. So I can monitor the sound right after the recording. This is especially useful when using it with iMove or CapCut editing software on iPhone.4. Its lighting charging pass-through port to allow charging and mic access at the same time.5. Noise reduction feature works great.6. Very lightweight and reliable. Ideal for gimbal work.It would be a perfect mic if it can add 2 additional features:1. Remote shutter control (press a button to trigger shutter. DJI mic has this feature.)2. 3.5mm audio output for wired headphone monitoring (I understand why it's not there as the DAC may increase the size and weight of the mic)

Using on my Android phone with a Hohem ISteady M6 Gimbal, and it works great. Quality sound, easy to use..one press of a button on the mic for noise cancellation. Will be great for vlogging or live streaming on the go. Nice carry case that will recharge between uses. Great purchase..5 stars!!!

We bought these for filming quick social content while at conferences. The audio quality is absolutely fine for our needs. Nothing AMAZING but very practical. There is a noise canceling feature that helps somewhat but I still going in and further edit the files if we're filming outdoors.Cannot beat how easy it is to get someone mic'ed up for quick intervieiws. My only con is that the plug part that goes into your phone is very wide, so you can't plug it into a computer easily.

The microphones are very easy to use and work very good. It has good battery life. It has a very huge pick up range. And easy to connect to my phone. They are very compact. This microphone is a great deal.

after returning a cheaper mic for this one I was so bummed out when I realized that the volume of this mic kept dropping in my videos. I couldn't figure what was happening and after testing it NO MIC AT ALL I saw it was the actual mic. The volume randomly goes up and down and sounds like im whispering. I am running out of time to return it so I'll try to contact support and hope they can help before that window is up. So sad!!! it is like perfect in every other way.UPDATE: after speaking to customer service I had to update to 1 star review. they are absolutely AWFUL. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME ON THIS COMPANY.I bought this mic in OCT and it's now MIDDLE OF DECEMBER - i can no longer return thru amazon and dealing with the company is THE BIGGEST HASSLE. I've had very expensive things replaced NO QUESTIONS ASKED and got to keep the original but this company is SO CHEAP.They took forever to respond to me originally and I missed that 30 day return window. they then requested VIDEO EVIDENCE that my mic was having audio issues.the files were too big to upload so then i had to make an account on their website and fill out a TON OF INFORMATION and OPEN A CASE NUMBER. then only after review of your EVIDENCE do they decide if you get a replacement.then you must ship the product back (they will not send you a return label) and you have to attach all these special case numbers to the package and send them tracking number. THE WEBSITE GAVE ME AN ERROR EVERYTIME I TRIED TO UPLOAD IT.THIS HAS BEEN THE WORSE COMPANY I'VE EVER DEALT WITH!!!!!!!!!go with a different company!!! they do not value their customers. and this was a BRAND NEW PRODUCT not something that failed months later.......then they plan to send out my replacement and God forbid that one doesn't work either........what a SCAM.I think they do this to avoid returns because it's such a huge hassle no one wants to deal with!!!!

I have purchased several brands and this is my favorite and the highest quality by far. We use them to livestream church services. The pastor wears one and the other sits near the piano. The case is heavy and feels solid, not flimsy like others I’ve purchased. I like that I can charge my phone at the same time I’m recording with the included adapter. I also like that the case has battery indicator lights so you can see if batteries are running low. I’ve been using it a good 4-5 months now and overall it’s proved to be a great purchase.

I recently purchased the Hollyland Lark C1 Wireless Lavalier Microphone for iPhone. After shooting last week interviews for a client where the subject was 5ft away from the iPhone and then a presentation for another client at an open space in a tradeshow where the presenter was at least 70-80 feet away the lav mics worked AMAZINGLY WELL! I was concerned that the tradeshow presentation was going to be a problem with the Hollyland lav mic because the presenter had to simultaneously wear another wireless lav mic from the venue to broadcast on their loudspeakers. Oh, boy - I was for sure thinking that interference was going to be an issue because of all the other electronics going on around him. But NO! ALL WORKED PERFECTLY! No interference. No issues. Crystal clear sound. I have dealt with other wireless mics in the past that had all sorts of issues with interference, over modulating, etc. The good news is no such issues have happened with these lav mics. The Hollyland Lark C1 Wireless Lavalier Microphone for iPhone is the best I have used and I am super happy with my purchase!
