Altrient B - Liposomal Vitamin B Complex by LivOn Labs - B1, B2, B6, B12, Niacin, Pantothenic Acid, Folate Biotin, Plus Minerals Zinc, Chromium, Selenium.

Altrient is the best vit B complex. The taste is awful but the result is worth it.

I bought these as I know they’re super potent but just cannot stomach the taste or smell so a waste of money

The taste is disgusting i'll give it that, but to make it easier, put about 50ml of water in a cup, then squeeze in the sachet and just 'neck' it, have a glass of extra water after to wash it down, i can't stand the smell of it but i have lots of energy and only had 4 sachets this week, i am taking this as i have Endometriosis and that has been loosely shown to be conducive with having a B vitamin deficiency, if you have a hormonal problem i would suggest taking this. It did make me feel a little stomach upset on the first sachet but i just ate some fruit and then I've never had that problem after the first dose, don't be put off by that, you just aren't used to it.

This particular Altrient supplement has a tolerable taste if it is mixed with some yogurt and perhaps a drop of stevia. I've had the other Altrient supplements for years and I've always mixed with an UNflavoured yogurt, either the ordinary plain or Greek. NEVER FLAVOURED! So far, so good. Will see if I continue with it. The Vitamin C is a keeper. I have one or two of the others on stand-by. The Magnesium and the Alpha Lipoic.

I noticed a vast improvement in my energy and focus very quickly. The only problem is the taste (and smell) which is vile. The way around it is to empty it on a tiny bit of water, just enough for swallow in one gulp, swirl it to get it lifted into the water and then neck it fast. Just avoid actually mixing it; the water is there just to get it down without touching the sides.

I bought these because I really like the equivalent in liposomal Vitamin C. I can't say I'm as pleased with these - for some reason they don't agree with my stomach at all (and I get that is totally personal). But then I looked at the Vit B content and I really believe I do better with the Biocare Vitamin B complex tablets which are easy to swallow and much cheaper.

A month ago I couldn't get up from the floor without losing my balance, I had a burning pain in my knees and I couldn't get up the stairs without feeling like my knees needed a rest. I decided to get these after my mother in law started using the vitamin c ones. She swore by them. These have honestly changed my life. I can now get up off the floor with no issues, it happened within a few weeks.

I bought Altrient B along with Altrient C. The Altrient C gives me no side effects, but unfortunately whenever I’ve taken the Altrient B I get really painful stomachs cramps about 20 minutes later that last for almost an hour. By painful, I mean doubled up and groaning... and I’ve been told I have a high pain threshold! I can’t be sure, but it may be the zinc glycinate - I took that in a supplement form last year and, although it didn’t have the instant painful effect of the Altrient B, it did have a cumulative effect that started me having stomachs pain after several weeks. Anyway, that’s the only thing I can speculate, but I’m afraid I just can’t think about taking Altrient B anymore.

Das Produkt wirkt sehr schnell und effektiv. Sehr schnell fühlbar mehr Energie und weniger geistige und körperliche Ermüdung. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Entspricht nicht meinen Erwartungen. Beeinflußt mein Verdauungssystem. Habe ich wieder weggelassen. Von der gleichen Firma das Vitamin C verwendet, das ist perfekt für mich. Aber nur eine Gabe wöchentlich, mehr ist ebenfalls unerfreulich für meinen Stoffwechsel
