Many of the other caps I purchased claimed to offer 360° compression, 360° cooling, and thick gel, but in reality they only had a thin layer of gel, mostly on the front side. Since my migraine pain usually starts from the front and extends to the back, I needed something that provides relief all around. Those products promised 360° support but barely delivered 180°, and most didn’t even have a return option. Very disappointing.This cap, however, was completely different. The moment it was handed over by the delivery person, I could feel the quality because it had a good weight to it.
