Can’t return as 3yr old likes it
As others stated the stand arrived damaged, no pen for white board but came with chalk and duster for black board. Thought I’d give it a try and see if they made it any better but it arrived broken but my son was so excited by it and has played with it a lot since got it, I would have returned it but he wouldn’t under stand as the boards are fictional, just flung out the base and legs that were damaged.Would not recommend

Small, but necessary, items not included
Received this item today, however, despite being advertised as having chalks and a cleaner included, these were missing, a blackboard without chalk is useless. I know that this is, only, a small detail, but when they're advertised to be included, you expect them to be. I'll be looking, elsewhere, for those items.

Doesn’t stay together
This is a great size for my 2 year old although it’s doesn’t stay together and is constantly collapsing so we have had to glue it in place . Which now means we can collapse it to store it.

Broken, when my Grandson opened for his birthday, you cannot take it back from a 3 yr old, cheap!

Arrived broken and missing parts
Bought this for my sons Christmas present. He opened it on Christmas Day and we discovered the feet were broken off leaving sharp edges exposed and the chalk/eraser missing from the box. Shame as otherwise a nice present and my son was excited to play with it.

and would easily be missed if you opened only the other end
Firstly, I noticed on some previous reviews that the buyer has said that there was no chalk inside. I would suggest you open BOTH ends of the outer box, because the chalk and eraser are tucked down inside in a plain box, and would easily be missed if you opened only the other end.Anyway, m granddaughter loves this, and has played with it continuously since I gave it to her this morning. I only gave four stars, because I thought it folded into a carry type thing, holding everything inside. While it does fold flat, it doesn't hold anything - the easel and the base just seperate and lay flat - they don't even clip together, and obviously that leaves all the letters, numbers, chalk etc loose.

Great product, not keen on packaging
Item itself is great, but annoyingly it was shipped with the address and packaging label on the box itself rather than it being put in a separate box, the item is a gift so it it doesn't look good once you struggle to get the label off.
