Absolutely terrible product. After only 2 days of use, the button was already working only half the time. After 4 days, the product stopped turning on completely. Extremely disappointing quality. Definitely not worth the money, and I would not recommend it at all. I’m currently waiting for the seller to contact me regarding this issue and hopefully resolve it.

It is my pleasure to offer a five star review of this product. This flosser does a superior job and gives an excellent range of options as to how much pressure you wish to use. It is easy to hold, the water tank holds enough water for a thorough flossing without having to refill. The battery holds a charge for quite some time as advertised, which I put to the test with a two-week trip abroad and did not have to charge once. And now for the really good bit. I've had my flosser for two months and it stopped working for no apparent reason. The troubleshooting guide on the website was clear and intuitive. I tried all of the solutions and on the first go round could not get the unit working again. At this point I contacted customer service via e-mail on a Saturday. I received a prompt reply saying they would respond to me first thing Monday morning. In the meantime, I gave a couple of the troubleshooting suggestions a second try and was pleasantly rewarded with a working unit. Meaning I would not have to go through the hassle of packaging and returning. Also saving me the embarrassment of returning a perfectly good unit. I sent them a second email (Sunday night) letting them know the unit was working. When I opened my e-mail on Monday morning at the top of the queue were two emails from customer service the first one with a few more suggestions for troubleshooting and the second one an e-mail responding to my second e-mail letting them know that I had got the unit working. Both emails reflected care and concern in a very professional and pleasant manner. I have been fortunate enough on many occasions to receive great customer service from manufacturers. In this case COLSUS stands out and I'm even happier with my purchase. Thank you!
