Eagle UV Bank Note Checker

Bought for work as our other ones the company provides kept breaking after about a month. We’ve had this for about 6 months now and is still working great!

Cheap and easy to use.

I picked up the Eagle UV Bank Note Checker for some extra peace of mind, and it does exactly what it’s supposed to. It’s bright enough to clearly show the UV features, even on plastic notes, so functionality-wise it works well. The size is convenient — not too big to take up space but not so small that it feels fiddly. In terms of build, it’s fairly sturdy, though I wouldn’t call it heavy-duty. The bulb works fine, but from what I’ve seen and read it doesn’t have the longest lifespan, so that might be something to keep in mind. Still, it’s straightforward to use, good quality for the price, and overall a handy little device if you want a simple way to check notes.

A little bit reluctant to get this as it was needed temporary & quick job as such.. it didn’t disappoint. Only used it once & it did exactly as it should.. pleased with it.

Now that I'm selling some larger items on auction sites, I'm accepting cash paments on collection. It's important that I check the validity of the notes I receive. Checking the ultra violet features can only be done with a UV lmap emitting light at 365 nanometres. There are many other checks that can be done - see the Bank of England website for more information. This unit works perfectly. It's fairly compact, solid enough and very easy to see the UV features when a note is placed under the beam. I imagine buyers won't like me checking their notes but I can't afford to accept counterfeits. Probably one of the most useful purchases I've made recently - am hoping it gets plenty of use!

does the job but is very flimsy and cheap.. wouldn't expect it to last in a busy retail environment.. will get broken quite quick

tout d'abord oh surprise il comporte une prise américaine. donc obligation d'acheter encore une prise universelle. de plus il est très peu stable et l'approche du billet pour une lecture nette est difficile car le billet a tendance à s'enfiler sous le boitier. pour nous c'est un mauvais produit

Esta bien, el único fallo que tiene y para mi es enorme, si se vende en españa y trae enchufe americano, porque no viene el adaptador????? Vaya fiasco me lleve al verlo!!!!!
