What's the maximum number of sheets will it cut in one go?** A: I was using it for thin card but I reckon it could probably take 3 pages of A4 before you start to maybe have issues. It was great value for money and lasted forever! **Q: Will it cut diamond painting canvas** A: I'm not sure. Haven't used it with that kind of paper before. Sorry. But overall, I find it very good. I manly use it for card making and watercolor paper. **Q: Do you still sell the spare blades ?** A: Yes, we will sell blades about a few weeks later. **Q: Does this cut a 60gsm tracing/vellum paper?** A: I can't see why not. I cut thicker paper than that without difficulty. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Does the job . Please add on replacement blades!! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great value paper cutter that handles multiple sheets easily *by J***K on 10 February 2026* I bought this paper cutter mainly for cutting sublimation paper and it works very well. It feels lightweight but still sturdy enough for regular use, and the blade cuts cleanly without tearing the paper. One thing I really like is that it can easily cut through around three sheets at once, which saves a lot of time when preparing prints. Considering the low price, the quality is better than expected and it does exactly what I need it to do. Overall, a very good value tool for crafts, office use, or sublimation work. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Solid Budget Trimmer for Light Tasks—Just Watch the Alignment *by M***A on 24 October 2026* If you are looking for a lightweight, budget-friendly trimmer for light paper crafts, home organization, or office tasks, this compact A4 cutter offers good value for money. It takes up very little storage space and fits easily into a drawer or craft tote without requiring a significant investment. Operation is straight to the point: you lift the clear plastic bar, place your sheet underneath using the grid and ruler guides, press down on the spring-loaded carriage, and slide across. In testing, it handles standard 80gsm printer paper effortlessly and slices cleanly through 180gsm cardstock. It can manage lighter batches of 3 to 4 standard pages at once, though for precise edges, single sheets work best. However, there are a few design quirks worth keeping in mind: * Alignment and Sightline: Unlike traditional edge-aligned trimmers, the blade sits centered within a wider plastic guide bar. This makes pinpointing the exact cut line slightly counter-intuitive at first, so take your time aligning your paper to avoid miscuts. * Edge Snagging Tip: Because the carriage edges can occasionally snag the paper if pushed carelessly from the outer margin, a great trick is to start the blade in the middle of the page and slice outwards in both directions. * Handling and Stability: The lightweight plastic base means it isn't built for heavy-duty cardstock (like 300gsm) or large paper stacks. You also need to maintain firm, even downward pressure on the carriage throughout the pass to ensure a clean cut. When taking into account the low price point, the value is definitely there—especially since replacement blade carriages are readily available so you do not need to replace the whole unit when the blade dulls. As long as you keep your batches small and treat it as a light-duty tool, it is a very cost-effective and practical helper for everyday trimming tasks. ## Frequently Bought Together - Firbon A4 Paper Cutter 12 Inch Titanium Paper Trimmer Scrapbooking Tool with Automatic Security Safeguard and Side Ruler for Craft Paper, Coupon, Label and Cardstock (Black) - Fellowes Apex A4 Laminating Pouches, Glossy Finish, 100 Sheets - Super-Flex - Ideal for Notices and Photos --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.jp/products/48650048-firbon-a4-paper-cutter-12-inch-titanium-paper-trimmer-scrapbooking](https://www.desertcart.jp/products/48650048-firbon-a4-paper-cutter-12-inch-titanium-paper-trimmer-scrapbooking) --- *Product available on Desertcart Japan* *Store origin: JP* *Last updated: 2026-11-05*
