I do a lot of walking and I have one new pair of trainers which always made the bottom of my heels very sore. These heel cups were very easy to place inside and they've made a big difference. I've just completed a 6 mile walk and I had no discomfort.

I recently started getting a bit of heel pain on the bottom of my feet - probably because I started doing more running.I put these Smatis gel heel cushions into my work shoes which have a fairly hard inside sole. The bottom side of each gel cushion has a transparent protective sheet that needs to be peeled off. I peeled these off and stuck the adhesive down onto the leather insole of my shoes. The gel cushions are indeed helping to reduce the heel pain that I am experiencing.However, I am already finding that one of the gel cushions is starting to move around a bit. Perhaps it's due to the way that I walk, but only one gel cushion is moving around a bit. It takes a few days for it to move to the point where I need to re-adjust it (so it's not too bothersome), but of course I would much rather that the gel cushions stayed completely in place and required no adjustment.Overall, I think these gel cushions are doing as good a job as any short heel cushion can do. A full-length gel cushion that goes the entire length of the foot would probably move less - but would also probably raise up my foot too much in my shoe and mean that I could not get my toes comfortably into my shoes.

The adhesive seems to be really gripping well on the shoes and doll shoes and makes my feet very comfortable. It’s made in silicone that’s why it is soft and comfortable to use.Hope my review was helpful

Easy to insert good value, they are just enough to lift your heel and give pain relief and further provide cushioning without being too obvious you have them in your footwear due to being thinner but also effective at the same time, these didn’t interfere with the look of my shoes, and provided a more comfortable walking experience
