How do you adjust the straps

Hi at the front of the straps there are small loops in the fabric to slide the hook in (the s shaped hook on the front of the strap) there are 3 top one is the tightest hope that helps

I am a 30AA and having breast augmentation going 250 up to a C cup , will a small yianna bra be ok post surgery

Depends on the size of total area. I’m a c but have a larger back area so I’m a 38 C. Prob the small may be ok. As you are only a 30 in area size .?

Im not sure shat size yianna bra to purchase as im 30aa now having 250 implants done to go up to c cup, however ive not seen a bra size 30c

The bra fits well for the size I had but I have never seen a bra size 30. What do you usually use? Ask your doctor or the nurse.

Hi I need a 38E what size would you recommend I get

I would suggest as big as you can get! I bought for 40DD and it didn't come anywhere near me!
