Fruittella Sugar Free Fruit Gums Pouch 90 g (Pack of 12)

What's not to like about these lovely little fruit gums… Not only are they sugar-free so therefore kind to your teeth they can also be extremely handy to have on hand for those who like to have something sweet every now and then but have to avoid sugar for health reasons or maybe they just want to opt for the healthier option… For those that aren't able to enjoy any of the normal confectionery on the market due to any dietary restrictions they might have which lead them to avoid things like like additives, preservatives, dairy or sugar products these fruit gums might be exactly what you are looking for… I would say that they are pleasantly fruity rather than very sharp in taste… All of my family members like these gums and there was even a dispute between 2 of them over a lemon fruit gum which they were both zeroing in on on one occasion… I would definitely say that these gums have been a definite hit with all of them… As with most things that are sugar-free if taken in excess these gums can have a laxative effect so if you are very sensitive in that Department you might want to bear that in mind… The gums themselves are very kind on the teeth because besides being sugar-free they are not hard or stick to your teeth so any fillings or dental work you may have will not be put at risk… The thickness of the gums is about half a centimetre & the diameter is probably about an inch so they are quite flattish and round in size…PLEASE NOTE: If you have swallowing difficulties or you might be thinking of giving them to children please bear in mind that these gums do not dissolve quickly of their own accord so you really don't want to get one of these accidentally lodged in your throat.

Much tastier than I expected. However they are not as hard as I would have liked them to be. I prefer my gums to be like the Lion Confectionary Midget Gems... and while these are softer than the Midget Gems, they are not too soft. They are also softer than Rowntree's Fruit Gums that you get in a tube.

Don’t eat more than 5 at a time. Good laxative effect!!! A favourite with slimming world due to low syns, however gave me horrendous stomach aches after I (greedily) are the whole packet! They taste nice but they do have that sweetner aftertaste and leave a fuzzy feeling on teeth/tongue.

I'm addicted to Sainsbury's fruit and wine gums. These Fruittella gums are leathery, taste vaguely of fruit but as they were sugar free I thought I might get used to them. I ate a 90 gm packet and suffered intense bloating, followed by massive farting and then the squits for the next 24 hours. Don't buy them and certainly don't eat them.

Not particularly enjoyable but take away the need for something sweet

I was recently diagnosed with type two diabetes and was looking for some different sugar free jelly sweets as I'm a sucker for the likes of Haribo etc. I wasn't disappointed with these! They are delicious and very moreish! I have to be careful not to eat too many as we all know that if you do eat too many the affects can be unpleasant to say the least. I have tried other sugar free jelly sweets but they have an unpleasant and un natural flavour. But these, well they taste as they should and like I said before are really delicious. I will definitely be buying more of these!

My wife is doing slimming world and for a whole bag these are 9 syns. To put this into perspective on her diet she could have a bag a day. It is a great way for her to satisfy her 'sugar' fix without eating a load of sugar. The bag is resealable. You wouldn't really sit and eat a whole bag in one sitting so as a treat they do go far. The fruit foams are also good but these last longer what with being a bit tougher.
