Excellent product from a great supplier. I take one of these capsules a night to help manage my exhausting menopausal night sweats. A good friend recommended them and she was right. For me, these Lavender oil capsules really do relax me. I take one in the evening with a cuppa and I have more relaxed and peaceful sleep. I've tried others but these are great. I’ve been taking Lindens Lavender Essential Oil for a few weeks now. I was curious about their calming effects and wanted to see if they’d help with my daily stress. The capsules are as described, have an expiration date of more than two years and the capsules are 100% effective. So far I have only taken one capsule twice 15 minutes before bed and in less than 10 minutes I was asleep. The next morning after taking one of the capsules, I woke up early with no drowsiness and in a good mood, free from the effects of dreams or other nighttime sleep disturbances. So far I haven't had any side effects like allergic reactions and I hope that the excellent effect of these lavender capsules stays that way.

Small capsules full of lovely lavender oil, easy to swallow and pleasant after taste, does what it says on the packet Easy to store, would recommend.

Been taking these lavender capsules a few days now for anxiety. I can't really say they have made me feel any more relax but easy to swallow. One issue for me is everytime I burp I can taste lavender. 🤢
