I used Myo and D-chiro 40:1 the purple bottle, it did regulate my period and helped me coming off Metformin. This one i don’t think it helps in terms of fertility, I have these weird tummy cramps i will wait and see if my period hasn’t been messed up. 1000-1500mg of inositol per day is less than recommended dosage plus it doesn’t say on the label which inositol does it contain Update: my mom has started to take this on Menopause and it eased all the symptoms plus she hasn’t put on any weight

I bought these as I'm on mounjaro and also at 76, nature has decided I need a moustache!! I've only been using them a couple of weeks but I seriously think that the hairs above my lip have slowed down, I'm not sure about the appetite suppressant part but I live in hope. I don't suffer with PCOS so wasn't really expecting these to do anything but I definitely think they are. I bought 2 x bottles and I've cut down to 2 daily so time will tell.

I had high hopes for this as I am trying to get my blood sugar a bit more even as it's gone a bit haywire in my post-menopause. However it was not to be as it just gave me a stomach upset with rather too many visits to the loo each day. I persevered for a week but this side effect did not improve so I had to throw in the towel and throw the inositol in the bin! What a shame. The star rating is annoying as rating the value, easy to swallow and flavour is all a bit irrelevant in this case, although they were easy to swallow and had no flavour.

I bought these on the recommendation of a friend and had been suffering a little mentally at the time and thought why not after he had reported such good results. Bottom line is that I feel a lot better taking 1 cap a day for the last 5 months or so, the difference is incredible and I feel like I am the best I can be and the irritability and mood rollercoasters have all but vanished now. I feel calm. I feel composed and I feel like I am able to take on the lumps and bumps that life has to offer me so much better than I have been. I can see that it caused issues with another reviewer, however, that has not been my experience and I have had no weight or digestion trouble at all, in fact thanks to the mental shift I'm able to be a lot more healthy than I had before and am working more efficiently in the gym etc. Can't recommend this enough and there is no sudden crash bang but you gradually get to a much better place over a couple of day and then its maintained. Will never stop taking these.

Faciles de cinsumir y me gusta el firmato de tabletitas blancas, y que tengan la medida exacta. No llevo mucho tomandolas creo que son buenas

El el segundo frasco, no sé si pueda dar ya una reseña positiva, pero el gusto por el dulce a bajado muchísimo. El empaque es muy bueno de momento seguiré tomando.
