Madal Bal Natural Tree Syrup Tin, 500 ml

The Lemon Detox diet is pretty fad-y and I know that. This stuff is not delicious and it's very expensive. Gotta say though, any time I get down about putting on a few pounds, or I feel that I have over-indulged in the wrong things and I feel all yucky - this very low calorie 'detox' plan does the trick. I lose loads of weight and I feel great. My skin clears up and looks younger and I feel internally settled (if you see what I mean). Read about this before you do it, don;t do it for too long and be realistic about it - it's just a very low calorie diet plan. But it's a great quick fix.

On day 3 of this detox and I have already lost 7lbs!!! I can honestly say I have never felt hungry and have cooked for the family and managed to resist temptation of any solid food which is amazing for me. Think the cost of the syrup spurred me on as didn't want it to be waste of money. On the first morning I tried the salt water flush as my delivery of senna tea had not arrived. I was a bit unsure of the salt water flush and I was right........it was awful. Almost made me sick. It did however have the desired effect within 30 minutes!!! Will stick to the tea. For me the syrup tastes lovely.......as another review said it tastes like toffee apples. It certainly keeps hunger pangs at bay and I also drink a further 2 litres of water on top of the mixture. That's 4 litres a day plus my teas. Always make sure you are near a loo!! I will only do the detox for 5 days as ( please note) the 500ml tin of syrup is only enough for 5 days. The only negative I have is the severe lower back back and down into my legs......it almost felt like labour the pain was so intense. After searching for information online I understand that these symptoms are common during a detox as it's the toxins leaving the body. Had a terrible night last night as was fine walking around but lying down was agony. Hot water bottle helped and ended up taking painkillers although you are advised not to during detox. Feel better today so hopefully that part is over. Try the detox though........the results are great.

I've tried this product before back home and even knowing that I didn't do it properly because I didn't stop eating I've lost 27kilos in just 3 months,reduces my appetite so I don't eat that much,taste is ok ,easy to do it,I'm doing it again ,the product just arrived this morning and I'm already drinking ,hopefully in a few weeks I will lose the weight that I put during te pregnancy😃

my ex girlfriend ordered because she was crazy so she though it will be ok to drink that with water and a chilly and do not eat all day we broke up after her 1st week as she's lost the plot would not recommend

I have now done 3 single days of this detox diet - 1 day each week. It has been easier than I thought it was going to be and I was surprised that I didnt feel particularly hungry. My top tips would be: 1. Alternate between having a cup hot and then a cup cold and have black tea inbetween. 2. Get a good film on standby for the evening and go to bed early! 3. Keep notes about how you feel - e.g. what time it is, how you are feeling and how hungry you are (marks out of 10). By doing this I have found that 2:30 and 5:30 are my hardest times and so I go for a walk at these times. The first time I lost 5lbs and put 1lb back on over the next few days, amd the second and third times I lost 3lbs each time and put 1lb back on each time. So - (are you keeping up with my maths?) In total - over 3 days I've lost and kept off 8lbs. I also feel much more energetic and determined to eat healthier stuff. I've just ordered my second can and I'm actually looking forward to my next detox day. Go for it - and - Good Luck!

I am giving this an average rating as I did not like the product very much, it was just not for me. Very messy and sticks to everything and leaves stains as well. It did give me a bit of energy and I did have less of an apetite but only for a short period.

lost 5kg in 8 days, amazing product especially if you have an event around the corner and need quick results. Healthier option, and even when I have stopped using this I found that my weight has been consistent. Unlike lipotrim where once you start eating you see your weight just pile back on
