My Dad has congestive heart failure, COPD, liver and kidney issues. He's a stubborn Pollock and refuses to be "dependent"! He doesn't want to move from his home after his wife of 40 years passed. Being his stubborn daughter, I've set up every possible "alert system" if my Superman Dad is in trouble. Except his footwear. This has been a nightmare. (insert cry face) He's so uncomfortable in his shoes and his edema is awful (even though the docs say he's okay) No. Nope... He needs comfort.... His socks absolutely strangled his calf's!!!! I didn't like that at all (even though he said it was fine and bringing the "fluid up to his heart"! Wrong!!!! These socks are a miracle socks! Thick (not like thin hospital socks). They are soft, thick but not constricting and the grip on the base is not cumbersome. They are just "sticky enough" for me to know my dad won't slip! I absolutely loved how wide.... stretchy.... these were! I am learning how to care for my Superman. I can tell you that his feet are our (my Nemesis) Not anymore. God Bless You for making these! I truly cannot thank your company enough (tears). My dad is on a fixed income that barely gets him by until his next paycheck. He's 86. These are extremely affordable because they are what they say they are!!!!

These are great. I got them for my fiance whose feet are swollen and extremely sensitive due to heart issues and fluid retention. He cannot handle compression socks. These fit very comfortably over his swollen and sensitive feet and the bandages we have to put on. They stretch well so it's not painful when we put them on and have to get them over the touchy parts of his feet. Once on, they look like normal socks. The sticky treads on the bottom are nice too. And it's good that they have a true heel and are not the tube style of disposible hospital socks. They also come to a good spot on his calf and do not pinch at the top, but still have enough tension to stay in place. I have tried MANY other socks with him and all are excruciating. These feel great and they also look nice and have a cozy quality to the fabric. Thank you for making this sock!

I buy these for a person with severe lymphedema in his lower legs. He's six feet tall, size 13 foot, (extra, extra wide) and I buy the largest size available. They fit him very well, stay in place, do not cut into his swollen calves and ankles. He has them in black and white, both of which are easy to clean. The non-slip tread is holding up through multiple washes and give him a sense of stability as he walks stocking footed across the linoleum and wood floors. They cause him zero pain. The style is good for wearing with his sneakers, dress shoes or boots. They are a bit more expensive than he likes to pay (usually shops flea markets), but agrees they are well worth the money charged. We have already made additional purchases of the socks and intend to keep doing so. Running out is not an option! We have not been able to find another sock that fits so well. Keep them in business please! :)

These socks are amazing! I have chronic feet and leg swelling and I needed a sock with lots of give. The material is high quality and there is plenty of cushion in the sole, not to mention the non slip grippers are of good quality. What I love most about these socks is that they are very easy to put on and are extremely comfortable to wear. They keep your feet warm too! I will definitely purchase more. Edit: I have been wearing these socks for a few weeks now. My only negative remark is that they do roll down. I get it that these socks are non-binding and are wide enough for swollen legs, but they shouldn't roll down so easily. But with that said, I will continue to wear them because they are the best sock I have found to accomodate my swelling.

These socks are extremely cozy and soft. They are very stretchy and suitable for diabetics. They have what appears to be a good quality non-slip strips on the underside. I haven't washed them yet so I can't say how well they hold up in the wash. They have a toe seam that is on tip. Away from the skin, but the seams are thick so this is another reason they mat not work with shoes. Most people probably won't be bothered by the seam as it is away from the skin, but the extremely sensitive may not like that. These make great slipper socks, but they are very thick so they may not work in your shoes. I would give 5 stars if they fit in shoes and had an integrated seam.

Stretch for swollen feet & ankles very comfortably! Wash well & have held their shape!

I wasn't sure what to expect once I figured out there was no sizing on these. I have them a shot anyway and they fit great. I have a slightly swollen leg that I keep a wrap on, and this easy fits my size 14/15 feet and goes easy around the wrap. The lifespan on them will have to be monitored since they're a bit of a loose knit to make them stretchy.
