I take a multivitamin to kid myself that I'm at least trying to get a healthy dose of the essentials without the bother of having to eat a balanced diet. All's I can say for sure is they don't make me feel ill, nothing has turned green and dropped off and I haven't lost 20 IQ points since taking them...I think.
