Versatile and easy to use
I have discovered quinoa flakes by chance and they are so much quicker and easy to prepare. I make a porridge with these every morning as I don't digest oat. These are fab, tasty and quick to make + high in proteins. I also add to soups and I recently made meat balls and used some to bind and thicken a bit. I love them!

Lovely light texture, no discernable taste and easy to use as a base for my cereal.

Strong bitter flavour, other brand better
The Amisa flakes have a much more neutral taste. These ones have a strong, bitter taste. I had to throw them away unfortunately.
