It’s made from cornstarch and then heated to seal it. It’s fully biodegradable. There are no plastics and it’s all natural. So no funny nasties in it.

This is loose tea and it makes a very good, strong brew.

If I buy the 250g is it organic please as it doesn't be state in the listing like it does for the 100g but it's the same product ?

From teapig website: "why aren't all your teas organic? We select our teas based on quality and therefore taste – only the best will do. Whilst we would love to be 100% organic not all organic teas meet our quality standards. Some of the teapigs range is organic but at the moment not all our quality standards can be met through organically sourced teas. However, the teas we select are always 100% natural." So if it doesn't say organic on the 250g then it probably isn't.
