I purchased this matting to lay down as flooring in my garage gym and it has done the job perfectly. Key points as follows:- Much cheaper than other options for gym flooring- I olympic lift in my garage and this matting absorbs the impact from dropping weights from height.- The mats aren't quite 4ftx6ft. They measured at roughly 182cmx122cm
