Q: You say it is for large breeds like golden retrievers etc but the weight limit is 55#. most golden retrievers i know are more that 55 #. why list lg ?

This stroller model is very spacious and can fit medium to large pets with ease. The weight limit is designed for optimal durability and longevity of the product :)

Q: Can the bag be used on a plane?

Technically No not really. You could detach it and use as luggage. When traveling by plane the standards are different the enclosure must stand on It’s own if going in cargo it needs to be solid if under the seat it needs to be stable and upright on its own. For travel requirements the animals must be able to turn around and have 2 inches above there head; no matter where they go. I recently took a trip I left the carrier intact and used it to help me out as a medical assistance device. Also my 13 year old service animal sometimes gets tired however it’s not their device it’s yours. It worked fabulous all my luggage and carrying in’s fit inside nicely and just in case it was available for my S.A.

Q: Can you take it to the beach and all terrain grassy areas like the state park?

Yes I have pushed it through the park where there's grass and grounded areas but don't recommend any where there is sand or dirt where it will get stuck. It's really strong and well made. My dog loves being inside and watching the view as he sits inside.

Q: this does not show how the dog gets in and out?

Hi there, the dog can easily access from the front and/ or top of the carriage.
