MAXYOYO Japanese Floor Mattress 4" Thick Queen Size Foldable Futon Mattress

It’s exactly what I was looking for. I purchased this as a bed for my toddler when we stay with family or in an air bnb because he’s used to a floor bed and most family/hotels have really tall beds. It’s perfect for what I need it for. It’s not super thick but comfortable enough to sleep on here and there. The colors are vibrant and I love that it came with a cover to protect it and help make cleaning it easier. I love that it comes with a portable travel case since that’s one of the main reasons we bought it. It’s easy to set up wherever you need it and inflated faster than I thought it would. It also works well as a play mat for younger babies and makes sitting in the floor to play with them a lot more comfortable.

I moved into a studio apartment and needed a reliable sleeping solution. I own a small couch that transforms into a bed and decided to try the Maxyoyo Japanese Floor Mattress sleeping pad as a topper. It's surprisingly comfortable to the point where I don't want to get out of the bed in the morning. Although it's only 4", it's very supportive and I feel like I'm sleeping in a normal bed. I fold mine up each day and place it into the mattress cover for storage which is pretty easy to do.Overall, I am pleased with the quality and would recommend it.

Way thinner than the pictures, but holy molly this thing is comfortable!!! I’ve been sleeping on this on hard wood floor now for two months, and it’s some of the best sleep I’ve had! Better than any expensive mattress. And definitely better than an air mattress that you have to keep blowing up because it holds its shape.It’s pillowy firm in all the right places.I can sleep on my side or my back without feeling sore in my hips or shoulders in the morning. It’s nice to just lounge on as well.Super light weight! Easy to fold and pack away in the bag it comes in, (folds to 2x5) making it easy for storage or travel.A child could carry this around it’s so light.This would totally replace my actual bed if it had a bed frame.Can fit two people comfortably im sure, but for now it fits just me and my two large dogs perfectly.I gave it four stars because it isn’t as pillowy as the photo and much thinner than described

Having recently moved to a new state with no way to bring my old mattress, I decided to take a chance and switch my aesthetics around to something simpler. I got the queen size futon on sale and I really enjoy it, honestly. It's not as thick as advertised (only half that, actually) but I don't mind it as much as I thought I would. I have carpet on the floor so maybe that adds to the softness, but honestly this and a memory foam pillow have done wonders for my back and legs (I'm 4'11 and weigh 175 lbs - mostly muscle + curves). Having gone from a super soft bed to this definitely took a little getting used too, but honestly I'm vibing with it. It keeps me warm when I want it too, and cool when I need it too. I haven't tried to transport it yet but it seems sturdy enough to handle daily use as an actual mattress. The zipper sheet it came with fit pretty well after a bit of struggle. I haven't tried to transport or fold it yet but I'm sure it'll be fine. It also does help alleviate my back pain too since its so supportive, so huge plus.

Update: We ended up buying a king size to replace our bed about six months ago and it’s been great in many ways. I will say that we’re both side sleepers, so when my husband started getting a brachial nerve impingement (from typing, playing guitar, and resting his elbows on his knees reading, mostly) we decided we needed a second one to help him sleep, and just in case the sleeping arrangement change is part of the issue. I think we might get some tatami mats next because we find the mat slips away slowly from the wall throughout the week, but overall we still totally love it! Zero issues with compression in the actual fluffiness. It’s also much easier to move to vacuum rather than crawling under a bed trying to get balls of cat fur. And it’s hilarious now when our cat rolls off it unexpectedly rather than scary watching him drop two feet!One thing to note: this is NOT thick. It’s comfy, but if you like squishy beds/couch/other seating this might not be for you. It’s like a Japanese floor mattress, made to add a bit of comfort to spending your sitting time on the ground. It could also be used on a too thin/blow up mattress for extra comfort. Camping or beach trips are a good idea for it too!That said, I LOVE this floor mattress. The colors are great and it’s perfect for my long transition to being able to sit on the floor without pain after an injury and a couple of car accidents over the last 8 years. I read on it last night laying down and am working on it today sitting up with one of the cushions in the photo to help tilt my pelvis a bit to support my neck and it’s working wonders! Definitely would buy again!

this is perfect for traveling and cosleeping. we got it for our family vacation and got overnight shipping due to last minute travel plans. my toddler and my husband slept on it while my infant and I slept on a firm mattress due to her not rolling yet. I was worried my toddler would fall off a high bed and so I got this. we also used it for tummy time purposes for my 3 month old. it is very cozy, I also would've felt comfortable with sleeping with my infant on there if my toddler wasnt sleeping on it too. my only negative is that the pics show simple folding but it is not really that easy to fold up, it took two people lol but fit nicely in my trunk while also having luggage in my Rav4.

Very uncomfortable. As others have said it wasn’t as thick as described. I tried to return but unfortunately it won’t fit back in the box and I cannot find a box large enough to return it in. Honestly it felt like laying on 2 blankets on the floor. Which would have been cheaper. It does appear well made and the color is nice. It’s 1” tall at best. It’s light weight at 19lbs and easy to move around. Makes a great dog bed since I can’t return. Maybe someone with Great Danes would appreciate it or if you have a futon frame it might be ok for a couch.

3.5?Update: the sellers are very responsive, which I very much appreciate.What I like:Bright colors are fun.Has a removable cover that can be washed--I laundered it before use and it doesn't shrink or pull up at the stitching.Fluffs up some once you remove it from its packaging. I did leave it outside for about 36 hours but I don't receive a lot of sun as I have a lot of trees. Kind of impractical to indicate leaving it in the sun, but it did fluff somewhat.Light enough to move around.Mine had no weird odors.Everything looked clean and stitching looked great, mostly (see below)Was packaged professionally in a branded-name box and not some unmarked careless packaging.It did roll up and fit into the provided bag and you can strap it. I was able to store mine in a corner of the guest room closet, out of the way.What I don't like/disappointed in:It isn't as comfortable as I thought it would be. I put it over a rug and slept on it but fitful sleep - couldn't get comfy- it was semi-comfortable but not quite thick enough. I put a 3 in memory foam mattress topper under it and boy then I slept very well and comfortably. But on its own, it's just not thick and soft enough. I am older - probably for kids or teens or someone younger it may be fine.I think $99 maybe is a bit too much for this considering it's too thin to be used on its own.Though this is marked as a full size, it's slightly under the dimensions listed. I didn't care so much about that but if you do, just note the size is not exact.The cover was more cheaply stitched. I would worry the zipper would fail after a time or after some washing. I was surprised at the stitching and zipper on the cover since the mattress itself is so well made.The storage bag quality looked good on the surface but when I tried to put the mattress inside the bag, it easily ripped right down the seam! I hadn't even gotten started on putting the bag in there, which is plenty roomy.While this is a great option for when you need that extra 'bed' for guests or in my case I gave my guests the bedrooms and I took this bed, on its own it's just not comfortable enough for me. I am so glad I had the memory foam cushion to place underneath as that made it so much better. My second night I slept great after a very restless first night.Maybe for a kid or someone much younger - sleepovers or something. I'll use it again for myself with the foam underneath.

En la descripción mencionaba que era un poco mas grueso por lo tanto mas cómodo, esta es la medida “individual” y en las medidas de la descripción decía que era mas ancho ese tamaño y solo cabe una persona, la tela del forro no es de buena calidad, no es incomodo tampoco, pero por el precio esta caro para lo que es, no lo volvería a comprar ni lo recomendaría, si fuera el precio un poco más barato tal vez si valdría la pena calidad precio pero a estas condiciones la verdad no.Si buscas algo así, vete por alguna otra marca .

This thing is huge when used as a bed and a chair. Its super comfy and the best night sleep I have had in ages. Just beware that it takes 48hrs to fill out from its packaging, so plan in advance - unlike me.

I give a two only because fabric was quite nice.This is not a bean bag, it’s filled with varying sized pieces of foam which makes it uneven and bulky.It smells and trying to get it back in its fluffy bag takes an immense amount of effort.I returned this as for the money it’s not worth it or like it described.

Einmal auseinander gefaltet ist es fast nicht möglich, sie sinnvoll wieder zusammen zu rollen geschweige denn zu verpacken. Wir hatten drei Personen gebraucht, um das Teil wenigstens so zu rollen, dass wir es in den zum Glück viel grösseren Umverpackungs-Karton von Amazon stopfen konnten. Dieser musste dann aber auch mit Gaffa-Band verschnürt werden.
