Auto Finesse Citrus Power Bug & Grime Remover | Pre-Wash for Cars | Safe on Paint, Glass & Plastics | 5 Litre

My Husband uses this product for his car and swears by it. Highly recommend.

I use Auto Finesse Citrus Power every time I wash my car and find it is an excellent bug and grime remover. It is strong enough to remove brake dust from the wheels if you follow application with a spot of scrubbing using a wheel brush. It will remove grime and bug splatter from your car provided you use it as per the instructions. After spraying it on the panel, allow it it dwell for a few minutes before rinsing off or agitate with a soft brush. I've also used it to clean the boot shut which collects quite a bit of grime. UPDATE: seeing some of the negative reviews this product has received on here, I'd like to point out that the product is very effective if used as part of a cleaning process where the car is first jet-washed to remove superficial dust and dirt, then sprayed with Citrus Power and slightly agitated before shampoo is applied. In addition, it only works against organic types of dirt, for example, tree sap or bugs, however it won't be effective against other types of dirt, e.g. tar or iron contaminants. You need a different product for those (e.g. Iorn Out)

This does help to remove grease, dirt and salt from my bike. Smells nice too. Most importantly this does not leave white sediments on matt paint or any parts on my Bonneville.

I really like this product. It loosens up bird mess and dead mugs really nicely, as well as other contaminents. However, I don't know how to make it last. I've used it twice and I reckon after a 3rd wash it may be empty. Might have to try and find somewhere to buy the 5 litre option

Shifts the crap before jet washing so overall v happy……mainly used in the winter as a pre spray before jetting…

I’ve just used this on my newly delivered car. I’d asked the dealer not to detail the car before delivery and to leave the paper wraps on. Having made the trip from Europe by rail and sea the car was, obviously, filthy! I used this without first rinsing the car, so the product wasn’t watered down, left to dwell for a few minutes and rinsed. Results were great, without having touch the car with a wash mit the majority of the muck and grime was removed. Used on the wheels and agitated with a boar hair brush before rinsing which removed all the brake dust and road muck. I did end up using a full litre, but it’s a big car (A5) and I used more than I would have if the car had a normal wash routine (e.g. washing every week). Overall I’ll be buying again but I think it’ll be used more sparingly

Great product. Had a leaky bottle though. Letting it sit on the car for a few minutes before jet washing and you can see it break down the dirt. Makes washing of winter grime easy. My bottle leaked in the boot . Maybe it was my driving but it didn't stain or anything but did waste a lot.

Nachdem ich Produkte von andern Herstellern getestet habe kann ich sagen dass mir der Insektenentferner von Auto Finesse am besten gefällt hat. Er löst so ziemlich alles an Insekten welche so an der Karre hängen und das besser als so manch anderer Hersteller. Was mir auch ganz wichtig war, der Insektenentferner sollte wax safe sein und dieser erfüllt soweit seinen Zweck da kein sichtbarer Wachsabtrag da ist. Außerdem kann man auch noch alles andere an Schmutz damit wegbekommen vor der eigentlichen Wäsche, sprich Vogelkot, Alles was so auf der Straße liegt oder von den Bäumen fällt lässt sich ebenfalls gut lösen. Was mir auch gut gefiel, braune Wasserflecken welche man auf meinem weißen Wagen gut sehen kann, kann man damit auch gleich mit entfernen. Super Produkt, nix anderes kommt mehr ins Haus.
