DS Regulating Soothing Emulsion

I rarely leave reviews for anything, but this stuff is a game changer for me. Since Covid hit I've been having major skin issues from wearing a mask. Redness, dryness, flaky skin. Never had anything like it in the past. If I use this is the morning and the evening, these issues literally disappear. It's not just a reduction in severity, they're completely gone. I'd give 6 stars if I could.

Recommended by my dermatologist. Is very good for eyebrows flakes or redness. Is expensive but does miracles

I've been dealing with seborrheic dermatitis and rosacea rashes on my face and scalp for the last 7 years. I've tried ketorolac cream (and wash), every type of dandruff shampoo, and at least 9 other facial creams and gels alleging to treat seb derm. My dermatologist even prescribed antibiotics a couple times. Nothing has come even close to this product in CONSISTENTLY taking out the redness and bumps, I honestly couldn't believe it when I first started using this. I've now been using it every day for the last 3 months, and I haven't had any redness or rashes at all! It's gotten to the point now where my skin looks so good that I don't even bother using the myriad of other clinical lotions and washes I've accrued over the years. It's the closest to a miracle product I've ever found. That being said, I know everyone is different and what helps one person may not be the best for everyone, but I HIGHLY recommend this product to anyone looking for a solution to their seb derma/rosacea. My only complaint is the price for the amount you get, but even so I feel like I can't complain too much for how it's helped me and my self-esteem. Note: I will add that I also recently stopped using tretinoin/retinol in my skincare routine as much, and this helped too, but not as thoroughly and consistently as the DS gel. I stopped the tretinoin about 6 months ago because it was causing some irritation, and I realized maybe it was making my rashes worse, so I dialed it back only using it 1-2 nights per week. At that time, my rashes calmed down somewhat, but I still had some stubborn spots on my cheeks and nose that just would NOT go away. Also, I've used the DS foaming gel (first bought ~2 yrs ago) and I did not personally see a huge difference either, until I started incorporating the DS emulsion too. (That may be because I didn't use the foaming gel every day, only every other day, but I'm not sure.) Currently I just use it a couple times a week to remove the flakes.

Love, love this product, my son has super dry skin especially around his eyebrows and nose and after trying various products only this one worked for him... too bad I can’t find it in stores in Canada
