Hope this helps. **Q: Is the main unit wall mountable?** A: I'm not sure but to make it desk standing you have to add a base so I guess it's possible **Q: Does the cordless handset have the ability to store speed dial numbers or do you have to use the main unit for that?** A: Not the photo button but does have the phonebook but needs to be pressed then scrolled first. I ended up getting another set and had phone company install an extension socket so the phone at dad's bed was exactly the same as the one in his living room.
