Definitely has help wonders. I’ve been suffering from shoulder and back pain for almost two years now. Have done PT and gave up. Since I started taking these supplements my joints have been feeling much better. It has relieved my discomfort by a lot. I was very skeptical about them from the reviews but definitely have noticed a difference in reducing my pain relief

Turmeric is great for keeping inflammation down. My knees used to hurt, among other things. I started taking 1000mg-2000mg of Turmeric a day and what a difference! If I quite for a couple a days to problems start making themselves know. I ride a motorcycle most every morning and this helps with the knees for sure. Easy to take capsules and no taste. This is a pretty potent version as 2 caps gives you 1000mg of Curcumin Complex which is the part that fights inflammation. A good buy.

Had run out of Curcumin and now taking this one. The world of vitamins is a confusion on good days, but have noticed my knees are not bothering me as much as prior. Which is a huge plus. I do not take the required dose, keeping my pocketbook in mind and cost, but it is still helping. Onward.

I wasn't sure if it was making a difference until I read the directions and realized I need to take 2 capsules a day. This made all the difference in the world. It is amazing how much difference this has made in my hand and lower back pain. I take very little ibuprofen compared to before. I will always be taking this in the future.
