I purchased the 2024 New Focusing Silky Smooth Hair Eraser to clean my bikini area, but it is ineffective. It's composed of cheap plastic, and changing the razor heads was challenging. Once I managed to get them on, I proceeded according to the instructions provided with the item. It is said to be used on a clean area. When using a razor for longer hair, you must hold it at a 45-degree angle and cut against the grain of the hair. You must hold the other razor for shorter hair against your skin to achieve a close shave. I found it uncomfortable and difficult to keep the device on for my underarms. For my bikini area, it would not come on at all. This product is worthless.

First I was told I’d get a refund because my order was sent back then I was told I’d get a email about it and they don’t even have an email address for me..THANKS FOR NOTHING AMAZON..I’m sure the product was good

First observation it’s loud, when actually using it, it didnt do anything, I changed how I held it, held it at different angles, no go, I don’t know why it’s electric when the blade part is stand still, maybe it’s the vibrations that suppose to make it shave but it might as well not even have a turn on button, I was just scrapping my legs with no result at all, should have listened to the reviews, don’t waste your money, sad it can’t even cut through a single hair, I hyper focused on one hair to see if it would work, it didn’t even make a dent

This is only good for small touch ups or maybe females with a tiny bit of facial hair they want to trim. The trimmer head works best. Other head is mainly a decoration.
