Helped me get through months of pain
I had a deep muscle tear that caused extreme pain just above my belt line. there were times when I could hardly move around. Then I found this belt. I figured I had nothing to loose and ordered one. Life changed the day it arrived as I was able to start perform normal everyday tasks without the extreme pain. eight months before I was able to stop wearing it. I personally did not use the included velcro pad, just the belt. The fit was right, I'm 5'-10" 195 and the belt was very comfortable to wear even during the hot summer months.. Side note... I still have this and occasionally wear it if my lower back acts up... I'll keep this around forever

Solved the problem
I'm 70 and carrying a 50 lb bag I tripped and herniated my belly button of all things. I have 52 waist and ordered large and it absolutely works great. I am in almost no discomfort. I highly recommend...

Almost perfect
I have 3 hernias and the bigger pad gives great support to all 3. It is very comfortable and made of high quality material. I definitely recommend it. My only issue is with the sizing. I would go a size smaller than you think.

Supportive and Comfortable
This belt is well designed and really helps with my umbilical hernia. It is properly stretchy yet supportive. I wear it over a T-shirt and it does not slip. Great value.

Solid product, sizing was too big for me
The product is solid. The sizing however was not right for me. I ordered the L/G and it is way too big to provide the necessary support. The return options were a refund or the a replacement of “the exact same item” which would be the wrong size again.

Can wear over shirt/blouse. Do not advise sleeping with it on..

Comfort and minimalist
My favorite feature about this binder is its minimalist design.. and how simple it is to use. It’s quite comfortable too, as i have to wear it during an entire workday so o appreciate that I often forget I’m wearing it. Not at all bulky either so hides well under clothing.I’ve noticed I don’t have as much pain or abdominal discomfort if I wear it all day, as if i would going to wk without it.
