This set includes 8 uniquely colored decks of Bicycle playing cards, so every player has their own easily recognizable deck of cards. Each deck features a jumbo index large print design, making the playing cards clear and easy to read for both kids and adults. Made with the trusted quality of Bicycle cards, these durable card decks feature the signature Air Cushion Finish for smooth shuffling, easy dealing, and lasting performance. Beyond Nertz, the set is perfect for poker nights, blackjack, rummy, and other favorite card games for families. Directions To play Bicycle Nertz, follow these steps: 1. Shuffle each of the 8 decks separately and place them face down in front of each player. 2. Each player draws one card from their deck and places it face up in front of them. 3. The player with the highest card starts the game by playing a card from their hand. 4. Play continues clockwise, with each player playing a card of the same rank as the last card played. 5. If a player cannot play a card, they must draw cards from their deck until they can play a card of the correct rank. 6. The first player to get rid of all their cards shouts 'Nertz!' and wins the round. 7. The game continues with new rounds until one player has won a predetermined number of rounds.

It’s a fast-paced, high-energy game that’s a lot like competitive solitaire, but way more exciting and social. The rules are easy to learn, making it great for new players, but the pace keeps even experienced card players on their toes. The quality of the included Bicycle decks is excellent, and having 8 uniquely colored decks makes setup and cleanup super convenient. We’d sit down for “just one game” and end up playing for hours without even realizing it. If you enjoy games that are quick to pick up but hard to put down, Nertz is an absolute must-have!
