Yes i bought my 6 boxes about 4 mths ago and they are dated until march 2021. I have 1 cup every night .

Best time to drink this

I usually drink this in the evening about an hour or so before bed. Or whenever you want a relaxing drink. I usually drink this with a dash of milk and some stevia. Enjoy.
