Don't waste your money
Very crappy toy train. First one came broken, exchanged for second. Seemed fine, gave it as a Christmas gift. It's a no go. No instructions, won't stay on track and then just stopped completely. Reached out to seller only to be rerouted to Amazon who are refusing to help. What a great Christmas present for my kiddo.

The media could not be loaded. Unfortunately it doesn’t stay on track, so I’ll be returning it. My baby is autistic and this thing Really frustrated her

Great Product
Overall this is a great product but there is some difficulty in keeping the train on the tracks if you use all of the train cars that were provided in the set. Solution, use only a few at a time.

This train is great
The media could not be loaded. Easy to build, easy to use, great real train noise, the smoke really comes out of the train ..my son loves it !!!

Wheels won't stay on the track
Very disappointed with this train. I will say it is boxed beautifully and the train cars are beautiful. The sounds and steam are great. Track was easy to put together. Then to the BIG problem. The wheels won't stay on the track. I made the figure-8 shape. It will go around one loop then stall or stall and then just inch a long about 3 inches and stop. The cars become wobbly on the track snd then derail. Biggest problem is with the engine and the car that houses the batteries which is heavier. I have to continually adjust the cars to make it run. It certainly isn't worth the price. Thankfully I got it on sale.

Auxiliary board missing 😵💫
I just unboxed my train set … instructions seemed pretty straight forward. However, once set up and powered I realized my packaging is missing the auxiliary board! Which makes sense because when turned on my train struggles to move more than an inch and stops. Frustrated to say the least. I was looking for an email to send my concerns directly (bc i hate shady reviews… but here we are). Hopefully this doesn’t happen to others considering it’s a decent train aesthetic and price wise!
