It’s sinister how well this thing keeps cool. (I used one large ice cube) and there’s still the same ice after 10 hours! Ungodly.

I'd love to find this product in a 12 or 16 oz. size. 20 oz. very heavy and a little large to grip with my small, arthritic hands. LOVE the lid, as I prefer to drink with a straw., and the lid is clear, rigid plastic—no smell like the softer variety often found on travel mugs. Whole product is easy to clean. BEST feature: put ice and cold liquid into it, and even with the straw port open, drink stays cold for for many hours. The tumbler is also attractive and smooth-feeling.

I love the shape of this 30 oz. It’s easy to hold and has a texture so it’s also easy to grip.

When you first fill this with coffee, let the coffee heat the airspace before you can trust the seal. I let it heat for a minute or two with the drinking port open, then snap it shut. Then check after 30s that the lid hasn't popped open. After that, you're golden. Otherwise, as the hot coffee heats the airspace above it, it will put pressure on the lid and pop it open, and you get the picture after that.Now that I understand how to use this, I am very pleased. I am using it six days a week. It is easy to clean and reasonably priced. I recommend it.

I bought this cup as a gift for my hubby. He is loving it. It keeps his drink cold all day so he can have cold water while outside at his job. I love that it is easy to clean and is leakproof. It is definitely an excellent gift for anyone.

I have 3 of these and will likely buy more - perfect size for my hand and cup holder. Coating prevents slippage and lids fit great. Very pleased.

Only problem it was a little heavy for me. I still love it though.
