Beats my expectations
Most of want I want to say has already been said in a review of this rig by Peter Backman. I built servers and gaming rigs for decades up until the last 5 years or so and I haven’t been keeping up with the latest hardware, nor did I have time to re-educate myself before Steam’s end-of-support hit my current gaming rig Jan 1st. So I purchased this machine and I am surprised that I have had zero buyer’s remorse. The machine came with Win 11 home, the trial versions of MS Office 365, Asus Software and that was about it. Not really any bloatware. I have since only installed a different web browser, Steam, and the games that I purchased through Steam. No weirdness or glitchiness to anything. I will occasionally notice the fan speed increasing when the machine is rendering hard. But I can run all my games at the highest settings with no sense of stutter, tearing or visual artifacts. My old machine - which was awesome 7 years ago - had trouble rendering some scenes in Borderlands 3 smoothly and I had to turn down some of the graphics. The same scenes on this machine with all the settings turned to the max render instantly and over 105fps. ALL the games I play feel much better on this machine. Any embarrassment I originally had for not building a machine from scratch has been far outweighed by the performance of this PC.

Great for the dollar especially if you get it on super sale
I got it on prime day sale so super great value for the dollar. I only got the 16 gb RAM version (note some of the specs say it is 12gb of RAM but actually it is now 16 GB it seems for the smallest version). Some people say it has been running loud, and that may be the case for theirs, they may have bum fans or are pushing it hard for upper tier gaming. For me, I'm probably only running it mid-upper tier gaming reqs and it barely even makes a sound then. Otherwise it is nearly silent, the barest hint of a whisper from my fans just running daily ez loads. However, when it boots up it runs the fans full blast for a second before they go down to normal speed and if they're running full blast then they are a bit loud. Mine runs at good heat, no overheating problems so far. Only thing I'm not a huge fan of is that it doesn't come with another copy of windows 11 on a stick or something, but you can make a recovery drive yourself on a 32gb+ removable drive/thumbdrive. Other than that it comes with a bit of windows bloatware so I take that off, but otherwise great machine so far. I haven't used the tech support, and it comes with only tiny amounts of instructions, but I gave them 5stars for tech support as I haven't had to use it. The instructions manual is tiny, like 4 pages, I would prefer more documentation but you can make your own documenting your parts nowadays pretty ez. A few things about setting it up are that it has a "turn the power supply off/on" button that is different than the main on/off button that will control the power supply itself supplying or not supplying power. So that is handy but you need to know what it is or you might think it won't turn on when you just had the power supply turned off to begin with. Also, the main power button is on the front panel a bit hard to tell where it is (they show it in the manual but a bit hard to see anyway). Finally, you need to plug your monitor/HD TV connection into the ports on the graphics card rather than the main ports for displaying on the back (this is standard for computers with graphics cards but may help newbies and I had forgotten it myself). It comes with a mouse (not a great one but it works) and keyboard (not bad not great). But no monitor, so you need your own. And no internet cables I don't think either. Overall I like it but I think I will want 32GB of ram (I will pull the 2x 8GB chips it came with and replace with a 16 x 2 pair, or just add a 32 + one of the 8 already in it). Also it comes in a pretty large box that itself is inside a gigantic shipping package, not that heavy though overall.

So far it's good!
To get right into the (small) problem, is that the cpu will run hot with the current CPU fan, and you will need to find case fans for this as well(as the tiny one in the back won't do too much for the cpu.) Also I had a little trouble with running the back fan(Worked on startup, but stopped when windows starts), however, after installing AI Suite 3 and updating all the other stuff, it started to work. Other than that, I love the PC! Runs Overwatch 2, Cyberpunk 2077, and so on very well! If you can't upgrade the fans just yet, I'd suggest downloading AI Suite 3(For asus/rog) and using the auto tuner. (Also taking off the glass panel, it's a small case, so it'll be toasty)

Loud
**Update 1 year and 5 months after purchase the GPU fan started making a grinding noise and now the fan may or may not turn on. Assurion wants me to ship the product back which is an entirely unrealistic expectation. Just send me the part to swap out. So the warranty was a waste. I'll just buy a new gpu cooler and do it myself Overall the system is great but as others have noted, it's loud. As I'm typing this, the CPU temps are bouncing between 71 and 81 C and the fans keep kicking on and all I'm doing is browsing Amazon. I haven't seen it go above 88C when gaming with Ultra settings so whatever they did, it's not reaching throttling temps but the one fan is LOUD! Weird because they promote it as super quiet, I'll be ordering a liquid cooler asap

Excellent value for modern gaming
It was time to update from my customer built computer I put together last decade. This is a great solution out of the box, though I would say if you are going to be doing any intensive gaming for long periods of time to swap out CPU fan for something with a bit more punch. Under heavy load the CPU seems to reach 90C while the graphics card is smoothly operating in the 40's. And there's still room for more RAM. Additionally, the most time consuming and frustrating part is already done as the cable management is tight and everything is tucked away behind shielding along the bottom. Can't recommend it enough as both a product on it own, or a starting point to add a few simple tweaks and make something capable of recording/streaming content

Amazing starter PC
This PC is amazing for starting out, it runs everything I throw at it and handles it amazing. I don’t use Ethernet so I bought a wifi card and it helped a ton. I bought the 3060 i7-12 gen one for $1,000 when it was on sale, great purchase

Awesome!
Makes a blowing sound and the screen moves really fast! So far, nothing has gone wrong. Wish I could say more, but seems they need these reviews ASAP. Not a lot of machine time. If it ends up sucking, I will update the review to reflect that.

Decent computer, bad fans
UPDATE 2: Temps started going to 60C when idle... I returned the computer. It lost access to the bios and talked to ASUS. They had me update the bios and drivers, which I'm turn stopped the whole computer from booting. ASUS said the motherboard was most likely defective a most likely a defective fan, and wanted me to send to them. UPDATE: In about a week, the base idle temp went from low 40C now to mid 50C on average. When gaming it now goes to 90C instead of 70-80 as it previously did. Changed out the loud terrible exhaust fan for a better Noctua fan and it is a lot quieter and moves more heat out too. Got this computer on a black friday sale, so prices were lower than usual. First off, on appearance this case is really good looking, with a bonus carry handle, wifi adapter, and headset hook. Not a scratch and very high quality case. Inside was decently laid out, easy to see parts, easy to access (But doesnt use thumb screws to my avail). However, there is no slots to attach more fans and extra SSDs (So i ended up screwing my other SSD under the power supply shield). For gaming, this thing is quite good. The DDR4 RAM could have been better, and frequently maxes on gaming. The 3060 inside is secure, good quality, and doesn't struggle with any games that I have (Used on Darktide, Cyberpunk, UBOAT, and Total War games). Now onto the bad.... The fan situation. I am aware that the 12700F tends to run hot, around 40-50C baseline and up to 80s during gaming. The computer's stock CPU Fan is.... pretty trashtastic and the box itself only has *ONE* 80mm exhaust fan. The fans are quite noisy. Doing even simple games makes the fans sound like they are about to reenter the earth's atmosphere and explode. There is a constant buzzing to the fans, and when talking to tech support from ASUS they only said to update drivers, which does not fix the fan situation. I just purchased 2 more fans and a CPU fan to attach to this. If you are to buy this, buy a good CPU fan and a better exhaust fan, and probably zip tie another fan to the front intake to help with airflow. Despite the "Good airflow" in the ads, its very poor overall. Overall, good computer, REALLY bad fan / cooling situation. If fixed, this would be markedly better overall. Solid 6/10. Dropped a star due to failing CPU fan in a week.

Además, he tenido productos ASUS ROG y nunca me han fallado.
