I can add it to the water because it’s written that it’s external use only

There is no reason to add water to it, in fact that would mean it wouldn’t function as intended. It is only to be used neat as drops in the ear.

How many days does it take to treat an ear infection? My son is 18 months old and we apply 1 drop 3 times a day

Hi, I started using these drops for my kid when he was 5yo. In general, after three days his infections get better or get worse. If he has a fever we usually go to the pediatrician and he prescribes antibiotics, though I keep using the drops as well.

Herb pharm kids mullein and garlic oil and this one. are they both same? kids labeled product is taking 1 week to reach? any ideas?

Depends what is causing the pain. Personally I more or less ignore dosage on supplements and herbal remedies. I do my own research and work out what I need. With the garlic oil I gave adult dosage to my then 6 yr old. He was crying with ear pain at bedtime (always after a trip to the public swimming pool) and next morning no pain whatsoever. I personally think dosages on packages are always the very least you should take. I personally use/give vit C crystals to tackle inflammation, in a bottle of weak juice for the kids when they're not well. Hope that helps. Get well soon wishes.
