Great little camcorder,I take it every where.very simple to use

Not bad but can't see the screen in daylight
Good quality pictures and zoom but this is meaningless as you can't see what you are trying to film as the display isn't visible in normal daylight or sunlight (wore when you zoom in - keep losing the subject)), can only see the picture in low light conditions.

Great quality at an affordable price
Was looking for an affordable but quality camera for live streaming and after trying out several (far) more expensive options this one did the trick. Great quality and portable too. So far very happy with my purchase!

Bargain camcorder
Using this to create YouTube content for our church. Videos can be saved in MP4 format to the SD card, and then uploaded from the card with a PC. It has a 1/4" thread for fitting to a tripod. Bear in mind that this is an entry level device, it has very few features (e.g. can't connect an external mic, can't livestream without an additional HDMI cable and decoder). If you can be happy with the limitations, this is a good camcorder.

Not much progress in 7 years !
No improvement in sensitivity over my 2010 R106 .......and light years away from the stunning pictures from my ( Canon ) G16 compact camera. I primarily use a camcorder for live gigs because a compact will not handle the very high sound levels. The battery is on the back and prevents you using your fingers or thumb from pressing the record button.....duh ? No automatic lens cover either so you may well forget to close after use. I've got a gig tomorrow ( 30/12/2017 ) to put it through it's paces. If it doesn't perform well......I'll be looking to return and get another up-market compact.

Good fun at a reasonable price
A welcome upgrade from my previous camcorder, picture quality is good, I wanted a camera to have a separate sound socket, but I have found that the inbuilt microphones do all that I need.

Reliable inexpensive general-purpose camcorder
I wanted a cheap, good quality camera for vlogging, and that's what I got. Loses a point only for the lack of external mic socket. But the built-in mic picks up sound well in a vlogging scenario. Words well in low-light conditions, too.
