Great for cooking

My wife is using it for some year without any problems. This baking/parchment paper is not stick and the oil does not pass through it. My wife baking very often and use it also upon to the pizza-stone in this way the mozzarella and the oil from the pizza do not grease the surface of it (the pizza-stone) so I bought two packs and she is very happy with it, therefore, I highly recommend it. Thanks.

Have now used this for the last few years and I’m converted as I used to use grease proof paper. Great results every time and nothing sticks to it.

I honestly would not cook or bake without this baking paper now. It eliminates the hassle of scrubbing burnt on food or anything at all that sticks to trays. Even with good quality oven cookware food eventually sticks to the surfaces regardless of the care you might take. Aside from that it saves on washing up! I simply wipe my trays now with some kitchen towel and voila! Takes all the hassle out of oven cooking.

Tried a cheaper product. Was fine, but thinner, meaning double layering needed to prevent leakage, so not as cost effective as hoped. Reverting to trusted Brand.

This baking paper is ideal for baking and roasting. Will not tear when used to line a roastingvtray. Great for lining cake tins.
