Redbarn 12" Large Collagen Sticks 100% Natural Beef Dog Chew, 3 Pack

We have purchased the largest box of these over 6 times in the last two years. Sometimes a few of the bones will be a bit lighter, thinner, and more brittle, but overall the quality is fairly consistent and good. They are the only bones we give our dogs that last longer than 20 minutes. They usually work at them for 2-3 days on and off, unless the Shiba mix is in a very determined mood (she has VERY sharp teeth that can cut through anything). Our larger Korean Village Dog (KVD) in the photo is 48 pounds and the Shiba/KVD is 38 pounds. The large size is great for both of them. We used to buy the Yak bones, but these are a better value. I'm sensitive to smell and notice no smell when they chew these, although you can smell them a tiny bit when you open the box (however, it has never once caused me to gag, if that is helpful haha). We generally take the bones away when they are under 3 inches long as a safety measure. The Shiba does tend to swallow small chunks of these on occasion, but only has gotten sick a couple of times, and she has a weaker stomach in general. Overall, I have peace of mind giving these bones to them now, but we monitored closely at the beginning to make sure they wouldn't choke. These get 5/5 stars for their chewing longevity, for not causing me anxiety, and for the happy wagging tails when I open the cabinet to get new ones. They also hurt less to kick and step on when you get up during the night.

I have a XL Lab mix and so finding a chew for her that she won't devour in 20 seconds is hard. I love these and so does she. They are durable, thick, long (about 11-12inches), and tan/natural colored collagen bones that she loves and last a while. She is a tough chewer and it takes her almost 45 minute-an hour to finish one. I haven't noticed any difference in them helping clean her teeth or anything like that but she doesn't have too bad of breathe after eating one. I also have not noticed any bathroom issues after eating them just that she drinks a lot of water after. I also really like that they are not rawhides, and contain no artificial preservatives or flavors.

My new NAID puppy loves these. The are a natural supplement compared to sticks, mulch, and everything else puppies love to get into.

I have 3 dogs. They LOVE these sticks, but all three of them vomited after eating them. They break off into shards and not safe. I thought maybe I just got a bad batch and reordered them. Same thing happened and just wasted even more money. Very disappointing because they liked them but made all of them sick. Also, can't leave them unsupervised since they broke into shards and that is a lot of what they threw up.

I really enjoy Redbarn dog treats and these collagen sticks were no exception. I really enjoyed the quality and I knew I was giving my dog something that would be beneficial for his health. The size was perfect, neither too big nor too small, but I would have liked them to last a little bit longer. My dog had this devoured in about 5 minutes and considering it was advertised as long lasting I would have like to actually see it be long lasting. My dog has a sensitive stomach but these were easily digestible and we had no stomach upsets. The thickness was great and I had no concerns about choking or being able to swallow whole. I didn't notice any difference in his teeth or breath when using these sticks so that was disappointing since I was hoping we would see some improvement. Overall I did enjoy this product and for the money I thought it was a great value.

Tried these for the first time for my two dogs. One of them is very picky when it comes to what kind of treats she will eat/chew on. These kept her busy. They’re very large and I’ve been sealing them after they’ve had a chance to get some chew time in to prevent them from eating them all at once. Both dogs seem to love the flavor. Like all chews, I only give them while supervised for safety. My strong chewer didn’t break any pieces off. The large ones are going to last them quite some time to finish!

I initially bought this chew for my dog and for a friend's dog since we were looking for long-lasting chews. When I opened that package, I was really happy that there were no strong odors like many natural chews which was a large plus for me. My dog immediately started playing with it and tossing it around while I did work. I also dipped it in peanut butter, which made it much more engaging for her. I gave two to our friend, who has a heavy chewer and the college stick lasted for 2+ hours! He dog loved it and it is now a staple item in their household, especially when there is company or guests over. In addition, the price is also very reasonable and comes with three which will last at least a week or two depending on the dog. We loved this product and will most certainly purchase again!

i usually really like Redbarn products... i'm not happy w this order. three 12" inch collagen sticks seems great. unfortunately, they are loosely rolled & extremely brittle. i have had to take away from the dogs bc they shatter under pressure of teeth. i cannot give these to the dogs. even under supervision these seem too dangerous & risky. possibly i got a bad bag. that's not out of the question. i won't buy this type of item online anymore as it's impossible to tell what the product will be when it arrives.

My dog loves them. The box is a much better value and is a great deterrent from unwanted chewing in your home. They r tasty and do not splinter. Great for their teeth and gums. I find the 12" especially good as my dog can hold it while chewing. Great product.

This is a great product, but it's pricey, and there is no bonus in buying in bulk quantities. Seller was great to work with and helpful.

Each stick would cost me the double in store! Now I have theme readily available for half the price!! Dog LOVES this chew stick and when readily available , is a SUPER GREAT incentive after a good days work out for the dog! GREAT PRODUCT!!
