Do you bin after each use?

No - they actually last quite a long time - so long as they do not get snagged on to something sharp that can tear them. I usually just pick the main clumps of hair off them and then tap them gently to remove most of the dirt into the outside rubbish bin.

Does it contain the plastic stick to attach the dusters?

The pk of 20 are refill only no plastic stick. You can but a starter pk that includes the stick. I would recommend swiffer great dust remover.
