Washes so easily in the sink as all food just slides right off, had no problem what so ever with anything sticking or burning onto the bottom of the pan. I am really careful however with what utensils i use on this - NO metal, only silicon or wood. The size is great, large enough for both me and my partner to meal prep and batch cook with.
